本设备系热源为0.3MPa(3Kgf/cm2 )饱和蒸汽的舰船用暖风机，是舰、船主付机舱等各舱室的重要设备，当舰、船泊岸，且外界温度接近零度时，须启用本机组，使舱室温度维持在所需的环境温度上，保证舱内各设备及管道不致于冻坏，以利船备航。

本设备由带有翅片的紫铜管组成的蒸汽排管及█轴流风机组成，风机由3Φ，AC380V，50Hz电机驱动，常规采用ㄨ单速电机，根据用户需要，亦可采用双速电机。

注：亦可根据船舶提供的热源，设计制造热油型、热水型、电加热型暖风机。

The navy or marine unit heater employs saturated steam of 0.3MPa(3Kgf/cm2 ) as heating source. It is one of important equipment to be used in chamber. When environment temperature is near to zero, the unit shall be started to maintain the room temperature within certain temperature range, thus to prevent the equipment or pipes in the chambers from be damaged due to low temperature.

The unit consists mainly of steam comb made of finned copper pipe and axial fan (see outline drawing).

Fan is driven by a motor of AC380V 3Φ and 50Hz. Normally, we employ single-speed motor, and double-speed motor can be selected on user's request.

Note: As well design and fabricate hot oil, hot water and electric heating type heater unit according to the heat source from vessel.
